We want you to love your purchase! Each item is carefully checked before shipping, but if something arrives damaged, we’re here to help with an easy return process.

Return Eligibility

Damaged Items Only

We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if there’s an issue.

How to Start a Return

To report a damaged item, please email us at hello@westiez3dz.co.uk with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the damage
  • Clear photos of both the item and its packaging
What Happens Next

Once we review your request, we’ll guide you through the return process. Approval is based on the reported damage and adherence to our policy.

Shipping Damaged Items Back

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label. Please pack the item securely to avoid further damage during return transit.

Refunds & Replacements

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll confirm the damage and offer you either:

  • A replacement (if available), or
  • A refund to your original payment method
Processing Time

We aim to process returns promptly, but timeframes may vary depending on the damage and item availability. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Important Notes
  • Returns are not accepted for reasons other than damage in transit
  • Items must be unused and returned in original condition and packaging
