• Multicoloured items may take up to 14 days to process due to the time-intensive printing involved, however we always aim to reduce this timeframe wherever possible.
• All products are made-to-order with great care and attention to detail which ensures each piece meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
• Longer lead times may apply when we custom-create your chosen items, we prioritise precision and quality over speed to deliver something truly special.

Delivery Costs

• We charge a flat fee of £5 per order.
• Free shipping for orders over £50.

We want you to love your purchase! Each item is carefully checked before shipping, but if something arrives damaged, we’re here to help with an easy return process.

Return Eligibility

Damaged Items Only

We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if there’s an issue.

How to Start a Return

To report a damaged item, please email us at westiez3dz@gmail.com with the following:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the damage
• Clear photos of both the item and its packaging

What Happens Next

Once we review your request, we’ll guide you through the return process. Approval is based on the reported damage and adherence to our policy.

Shipping Damaged Items Back

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label. Please pack the item securely to avoid further damage during return transit.

Refunds & Replacements

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll confirm the damage and offer you either:

• A replacement (if available), or
• A refund to your original payment method
